Your choice at booking. Urns are turned from Australian hardwoods, sized to your pet, sealed with their ID tag. Scatter tubes suit families planning a beach, bush track or backyard farewell.
Records the tag number, date and operator. It is your proof of the one-pet-one-chamber process.
Anything that arrives with your pet comes home with the ashes. Nothing is discarded.
The stainless-steel tag that travelled with your pet through every step comes home sealed with the ashes. Many families keep it on the urn.
Home or vet collection, and hand delivery of the ashes by our team, never a courier. Both are part of the price, not extras.

Is the urn really included, or is it an upgrade?
A hand-turned timber urn or a scatter tube is included with every full service at no extra cost. Upgraded urns exist, but nothing about the included one is a compromise.
What does the certificate actually certify?
That your pet was cremated individually, with the tag number, the date and the operator recorded. It matches the tag number you received by SMS at collection.
Do I need to decide on keepsakes straight away?
Only paw prints, because they are taken before cremation. Everything else, including engraving and jewellery, can wait weeks or months.
What comes back with a communal cremation?
A memorial certificate, and any paw or nose prints requested at booking. Ashes are not returned with communal cremation; that is the honest core of the difference.
