The simpler way to say goodbye.
When a pet dies, the next bit is the hardest. We collect from your home or vet, cremate individually, and bring the ashes back to you. Usually within 5 working days.
There's no rush. Move your pet somewhere cool, wrap them in a blanket, and take the time you need. Our step-by-step guide walks you through the first hours.
Read the guide →We work with clinics across NSW, VIC and QLD. Ask your vet to contact us, or call us and we'll liaise with the clinic on your behalf.
How vet coordination works →A real person answers our phone at any hour. After-hours collection is available in most metro areas.
After-hours collection →Choose your service
Individual cremation for dogs of every size, up to 80kg. Hand-turned timber urn, paw print and collar returned.
Dog cremation near you →A gentler service for cats, with the same one-pet-one-chamber rule. Smaller urn or scatter tube, paw print included.
Cat cremation near you →Rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. Same chamber rules; pricing adjusts by weight, so call for an exact figure.
Call for a quote →Timber urns, scatter tubes, paw prints and ash jewellery - chosen at booking or after the ashes come home.
Browse memorials →Three steps. That's it.
Two options. No surprises.
The honest difference: with individual (private) cremation your pet is cremated alone and their ashes come home. With communal, several pets are cremated together and ashes aren't returned.
Prices are indicative and vary by pet size and location. See Sydney pricing or call for an exact figure.
How do you know the ashes are your pet's?
It's the question everyone wants to ask. Your pet is given a unique ID tag at collection that stays with them through every step - transfer, cremation, and return. One pet, one chamber, always.
See the full chain of care →Most families ask their vet first. That's the right instinct.
If your pet is at a clinic, we can collect directly from your vet - no extra steps for you. If your pet passed at home, we're happy to liaise with your vet on your behalf.
We partner with clinics across NSW, VIC and QLD, with clear collection schedules and a documented ash-return process.
